I have been getting my prescription from 5 different pharmacies since I started using Shivas I can see a big difference. Shiva’s manager is amazing. She demonstrates a great duty of care and stunning customer service always. Today she went out of her way as I needed the meds and i was very ill. great service. All staff are full of knowledge and demonstrate duty of care to me. Thank you soo much the manager at Shivas. Today I am feeling alive due to the extra miles you went to do and get my medication while you were closed. That shows that you care for your customers. You are so passionate about your job I guess that’s what makes you different from the others. Thank you so much for today  – I am so grateful – Lillian.
