I rang the pharmacy today to ask about availability for vaccinations for travelling to Cairo. They had the correct vaccination in stock and offered that they could attend to my needs before they closed this evening. Soon after I arrived and completed a preliminary information form, I was shown into their clean warm consultation room for a private conversation which included a clear explanation of the vaccinations I was about to have (their recommendations being exactly in line with the NHS website advice I had previously read). The 'jabs' were delivered painlessly, and an email was immediately sent to me to confirm all the vaccine details, which I can now forward to my GP surgery to add to my medical records. Having arrived at 5pm without an appointment, I was impressed to find myself 'in and out' in less than half an hour, and I could not have asked for a more courteous and professional service. Thank you Shivas Pharmacy staff!
